Turnaround Time
Most Merchylo orders are delivered in 6 to 8 business days from the day you order — four business days in the shop plus ground transit from Georgia. Two weeks is the West Coast worst case, not the typical one.

Business days, so weekends and federal holidays are already excluded. Texas splits: Dallas and Houston are on the 7-day lane, El Paso and the far west are on the 8.
These are deliberately a touch conservative. A parcel that lands early is a good day; one that lands late is a broken promise, so we quote the pessimistic number and usually beat it.

Order Monday morning, blanks land Tuesday, the job ships Friday. Four business days of that is the shop, and the rest is the truck — which is why your ZIP code changes the answer more than your order does.
Does quantity change it?
Barely. A 24-piece run and a 500-piece run schedule about the same, because the setup is the slow part and the press runs fast once it is dialled in. A 45-head embroidery machine stitches 45 caps at once.
Embroidery, screen printing and DTF all run on the same schedule. Digitizing an embroidery file happens inside the same window and does not add a day.
Approve your proof within 2 business days
We send a mockup before anything is made. The schedule above assumes you approve it within two business days, which is the window built into the dates. Sit on it for a week and the whole timeline moves by a week — the shop cannot start on art nobody has said yes to.
Changes to the artwork after approval reset that clock. Getting it right on the proof is the fastest thing you can do.
Rush orders
Tell us the date. We will look at the actual schedule and tell you honestly whether it fits, before you pay — not after. Sometimes it does and there is nothing to charge for; sometimes it does not and you should know that while you still have time to call someone else.
What we will not do is take the order, take the money, and let you find out.
Peak season
These times hold year-round. We do not stretch the schedule in the fourth quarter or during spring sports, because the blanks come off next-day lanes with three suppliers behind them and the presses are ours — we are not waiting in another shop’s queue behind their own customers.

Minimums

Artwork
Send whatever you have. Vector files reproduce best, but a photo of an old shirt is enough to start — redrawing it happens inside the same schedule.
