A custom printed hoodie costs $14.43 to $18.91 depending on quantity, and a crewneck sweatshirt starts at $9.60 — printed in-house on our own presses, shipped free anywhere in the USA.

A crewneck runs about $5 under the same hoodie at every quantity. If the budget is tight and nobody needs a hood, that is the easiest money on the whole order.

A front and a back, or a left chest and a full back. Added to the price above. A second location is a second set of screens and a second trip through the press, so it costs what the first print cost.

A hood print, a sleeve hit and a pocket-height left chest each count as a location. Colors are counted per location.
Up to eleven colors. Past four, call and we’ll price it — and we’ll tell you if DTF comes out cheaper, which under 100 pieces it often does.
Size upcharges
What the mill charges us, passed through with the same markup as the shirt itself — no extra margin on being bigger. Added to the price above. Shown at the minimum order; they come down a little at higher quantities.

Minimum order
24 pieces for screen print. Below that the screens cost more than the shirts do. Under 24, DTF takes the job from six pieces and embroidery from six.
The 24 is counted across the print run, not per garment. Twelve hoodies and twelve crewnecks with the same front is one 24-piece run.

Embroidery is the right call on fleece when the logo is small and the garment is meant to last — a company jacket, a uniform, anything worn weekly for two years. For a one-weekend event, print it.

Sizes
Prices above cover S through XL. The mill charges more for 2XL and up and we pass it through at cost. It shows on your quote rather than surprising you later.
Order extra
On fleece, order two or three spares in the middle sizes. Hoodies get handed out to people who were not on the list, and a reorder of four is far more expensive per piece than four extra now.
Artwork
Send whatever you have. Vector files print best, but a photo of an old hoodie is enough to start — we redraw it and show you the mockup before anything goes to press.
Turnaround
Most orders arrive 6 to 8 business days from the day you order, and we’ll tell you the date before you commit. On a deadline? Say so and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Why these prices are lower
Most custom apparel sites have never touched a press. They take your order, send it to a print shop, and add their markup — you’re paying a company that pays another company to make your hoodies. We are the shop: thirty years, over 10 million prints on our own presses and embroidery heads. One less company taking a cut.
