What you keep per shirt
Gildan 5000, one-color front. Your cost is what you pay us per shirt; the other two columns are what’s left from each shirt you sell.

Prices cover S through XL. 2XL and up carry a small upcharge from the mill — it’s on your quote, never a surprise.
A softer shirt at a higher price
Bella+Canvas 3001, one-color front. Softer and more fitted — it sells at $25 more easily than a heavy cotton tee does.

Planning a fundraiser
Pre-sell, don’t guess
Take orders with sizes and payment first, then order exactly what sold. Guessing leaves you holding a box of 3XLs, and every leftover shirt comes out of the money you raised.
Price it round
$20 is easy to pay in cash and easy to say out loud. Charge $4 more for 2XL and up and the bigger-size upcharge is covered.
Set a hard deadline
Close the pre-sale three weeks before you need the shirts. Most orders arrive 6 to 8 business days from the day you order, and we’ll give you the delivery date before you commit.
Big school-wide orders
The price keeps dropping past 300 pieces. Doing the whole school? Call and we’ll price the exact count.
Artwork
School logo, team mascot, event name — send what you have. No logo? We draw one free and show you the mockup first.
Smaller group?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces. How minimums work.
