Gildan 5000 is the workhorse — heavy cotton, the lowest price and the widest color range. Most VBS and outreach orders land here.
Bella+Canvas 3001 is softer and more fitted. Worship teams and youth groups tend to keep wearing it after the event.
Comfort Colors 1717 is garment-dyed with a washed, lived-in look. It’s the one people hold on to — good for retreats and mission trips.
Prices cover S through XL. 2XL and up carry a small upcharge from the mill — it’s on your quote, never a surprise.
A verse or your church name on the back
Logo on the front, verse on the back is the most common church layout. A back print is added to the shirt price above.

Colors are counted per location. A two-color front and a one-color back is the two-color front price plus the one-color column.
Youth group hoodies
Gildan 18500 heavy blend hoodie, printed on the front. For fall retreats, winter camp and the kids who live in a hoodie anyway.

Planning a church order
Vacation Bible School
Order by registrations plus volunteers. Put leaders in a different shirt color from the kids and a leader is easy to spot across a gym — and if it’s the same design and ink, the whole order still prices as one print run.
Mission trips
One shirt the whole team wears on travel days makes twenty people easy to count in an airport. Put the church name and the trip year on it and it becomes the souvenir, too.
Youth sizes
VBS runs young. Tell us how many youth sizes you need on the form and we’ll quote them with the rest of the order.
Timing
Most orders arrive 6 to 8 business days from the day you order, and we’ll give you the delivery date before you commit. For a summer VBS, lock your count and send art four weeks out and nobody is sweating the week before.
Artwork
Your church logo, a verse, the name of the trip — send what you have. A photo of last year’s shirt is enough to start. No logo? We draw one free and show you the mockup first.
Small group?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces. Fewer than that, ask — we’ll quote it. How minimums work.
