Gildan 5000 — the budget pick
5.3 oz heavy cotton, dozens of colors, and the lowest price on this page. Holds up for the weekend and plenty of washes after. Goes up to 5XL.
Comfort Colors 1717 — the step up
6.1 oz, garment-dyed for a soft, washed look and a relaxed fit. About $4.50 more a shirt, and the one people end up wearing for years. Goes up to 4XL.

Colors are counted per location. A two-color front and a one-color back is the two-color front price plus the one-color column.

Only the bigger sizes pay this — everyone else pays the table price. Added per shirt:

Planning a reunion order
Collect sizes first
Send a sign-up with sizes about six weeks out and order when it closes. Nobody should be guessing whether Uncle Ray is an XL or a 2XL.
A color for each branch
Each side of the family in its own shirt color is a reunion classic. Same design and ink across colors still prices as one print run, so it doesn’t cost more.
Kids
Tell us how many youth sizes you need on the form and we’ll quote them with the rest.
Timing
Most orders arrive 6 to 8 business days from the day you order, and we’ll give you the delivery date before you commit. Sizes in six weeks out, order four weeks out, and there’s room to spare.
Artwork
Family name, year and place is all we need — we’ll set it up and show you the mockup free. Have an old reunion shirt? Send a photo and we’ll redraw it.
Small family?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces. Fewer than that, ask — we’ll quote it. How minimums work.
