Gildan 5000 is the everyday crew shirt — heavy cotton at the lowest price. Gildan 5400 is the same shirt with long sleeves, for sun on the arms or cool mornings. Gildan 42000 is moisture-wicking polyester for the hottest days. Comfort Colors 6030 is a heavy garment-dyed pocket tee, with the logo printed on the pocket.
Prices cover S through XL. 2XL and up carry a small upcharge from the mill — it’s on your quote, never a surprise.

Gildan 18500 is the heavy blend hoodie most crews wear. Carhartt CTK121 is the 10.5 oz midweight Carhartt hood — it costs more, and it’s the one guys ask for by name.

The Carhartt work cap is the CT106687 Rugged Professional, the trucker is the Richardson 112, and the watch cap is the Carhartt CT104597. More embroidery options: embroidery pricing.
Safety colors
Safety Green comes on the Gildan 5000, 5400 long sleeve, 42000 performance and 18500 hoodie. Safety Orange comes on the 5400 long sleeve and the 18500 hoodie. Carhartt’s version is Brite Lime and Brite Orange, on the CTK121 hoodie and the watch cap.
Need rated hi-vis? Just ask.
We handle all your high-visibility needs — ANSI-rated safety vests, shirts with reflective striping, and more — decorated with your logo. They aren’t listed on the site, so tell us what you need or call (833) 722-3808 and we’ll price it.
The safety-color shirts above are not ANSI-rated on their own — rated gear needs certified reflective material. If your site requires Class 2 or 3, ask for the rated version.
Planning a crew order
Put your company name on the back
Your company name across the back is readable from across a site, and every truck stop and supply-house run becomes an ad. Add the phone number if you want the calls.
Heat and sun
The 42000 wicks sweat on the hottest days. The 5400 long sleeve keeps sun off the arms. Plenty of crews order both and let guys pick.
Bigger sizes
Crews run big. The Gildan 5000 and 18500 go up to 5XL, the Carhartt hoodie to 4XL, and the rest to 3XL. Bigger sizes carry a small upcharge from the mill, shown on your quote.
Your logo
A photo of the logo on your truck door is enough to start. We redraw it free and show you the mockup before anything is printed.
Timing
Most orders arrive 6 to 8 business days from the day you order, and we’ll give you the delivery date before you commit.
New hires
